Yes, at the very least the "discussions" that carry on between creationists and supporters of legitimate science are good for lulz at the very least. I think, however, that they also fill an important purpose. You never know who might be lurking in such a discussion; each one is an opportunity to turn someone onto the amazing things we've been able to learn about ourselves and our origins through science.

Thanks very much for your kind words! I also hope more people find this blog, but I suppose I'll simply have to encourage that by keeping my post quality up.

Have been lurking on your blog for a while. Loved the Hovind Scale. Applied it to an old classmate of mine. She didn't score high, but still, 25 is high for someone who is studying Natural Science at Senior High School/College level in Sweden. I was always amazed at how she got the whole concept of physics to go with her faith but not evolution.

For the record, I am a Ranger student from Gothenburg University (taking my Master of Science in two years) with a particular liking of these "Internet discussions" for no other reason than mining for lulz.

If you haven't already, I recommend you looking up Encyclopedia Dramatica's articles on Creationism and Kent Hovind. Probably a lot of libel there. NSFW as well... Don't ever, EVER click links titled Goatse or Disturbing. Just... don't.

Sorry for filling your ears with my incessant ranting... Just wanted to say I love this blog. Sad more people haven't found it.
